This is an old shot from storm chasing in the Spring of 2006. This is a manual stitch of two frames. It's a closer view of that same storm from the "Oh Noes" panoramic.

Somehow, Roger's silhouette managed to make it into a lot of my shots.

Enjoy.

Gotta love a good storm. SO much brute power and destruction. Not much more to do than to just ride RIGHT UP TO THEM AND SNAP SHOTS!

CHeers for doing this mate, I whish I had a "storm country" but up here in sweden we rarley have any storms at all and when we do get 'em theyre pretty pathetic. I should be happy for that really tho in a matter of safe thinking but I want the photo opps, I'll manage somehow :D.

Love the shot, to bad the sky up there is all burnt up :(.

Great one!

Yeah, the sky is so bright because those clouds are so incredibly dark. Thanks for the comments! I've found more and more that foreigners are coming to the U.S. to chase storms in the spring; maybe you could consider it for a vacation some time!

Thanks for the comments.

Whoa...that's a hailstorm right?

Either way, that's insane!

Thank you! I don't have any official plans for this summer, because my chase partner's plans are undecided at the moment. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, though.

Dude, you know how long I've been waiting for you to post another shot like this? If you've got anymore, post em! This is your best work. And, try and post some cool skies and such from the Cape! I miss that place.

Ha! Thank you. I've been kinda slacking lately. I've posted all the best stuff from last year, and my chase this year didn't yield anything too photogenic. I also focused most of my energy on recording video footage. However, I'll see what I can dig up. They seem to be popular enough.
